The Crikey! Pavlova is our show-stopping, oversized dessert, made with 8 cups of meringue and measuring an impressive 13-14 inches in diameter. Designed for large gatherings or celebrations, it serves 12-16 people. With its crispy shell and soft center, this pavlova is a dramatic centerpiece, sure to impress your guests with both size and flavor.

Australienne: A classic pavlova inspired by the vibrant flavors of Australia, the Pavlova Australienne features a crisp meringue base topped with a cloud of freshly whipped cream. It is adorned with a colorful array of kiwis, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, bringing a taste of the tropics to every bite.

Muricana: The Pavlova 'Muricana is a patriotic twist on the traditional pavlova, featuring a meringue base topped with luscious whipped cream and a blend of all-American fruits. Fresh blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries create a red, white, and blue delight that’s as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. 

S'Mores: A campfire classic reimagined: fluffy pavlova meringue topped with chocolate cream, crispy toasted marshmallows, caramelized crunch, graham cracker slivers, crumble, and Hershey’s milk chocolate shavings.
